TRIAL EXCHANGES

Ordered The Wrong Item?

While we have constructed and designed all of our Chiromatic mattresses using the highest quality materials available on the market, we understand that there are times that a particular mattress we offer may not be the right one for you.  This is why we offer a 100 day in home trial period in which you can make a comfort exchange. 

 

Our mattresses come in 4 different constructions with a wide range of materials different levels of firmness in each line so we believe there is a mattress in our line that is sure to be the perfect construction and comfort level for every customer. 

 

Please note that a new mattress takes time to get used to as different muscles are activated when a mattress provides support than a mattress that is old and sagging.  Sometimes this process can take between 30 and 90 days.  Many times, when customers sleep on their mattress for this amount of time, they come to love their new mattress and there is no need for a return or exchange.  Therefore, we recommend you spend at least 30 nights sleeping on your new mattress before you make a decision that it is not the right fit for you.

 

If during the 100 day in home trial period, you find that the mattress you have chosen is still not to your liking, we are glad to honor an exchange to another construction or comfort option at no cost to you.

 

Our team of mattress specialists and chiropractors are on hand to help you select an alternative mattress construction or comfort option.

 

If there is a difference in price between the mattress you purchased originally and the mattress you choose to exchange to, you will either be responsible for any additional charge for the new purchase or we will provide a credit to you for the amount of the difference as soon as the exchange is made.

 

RETURNS

Mattresses:

Though we hope you’ll love your Chiromatic Mattress, if you find that it’s not right for you during your 100 day in home trial period, it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original delivery fee.

We charge no penalty fees, pickup fees or restocking fees, and we NEVER restock a mattress.

To be eligible for a return, your mattress must be clean and undamaged.

Your purchase will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit once the return is confirmed.

If for any reason your product is defective or damaged and a manufacturer warranty exchange or refund is necessary, the defective product must be returned or customer will be charged for it.  No refund will be issued until the merchandise has been returned to and received by Chiromatic.

We do ask that you double-check your measurements before you buy to confirm that the foundation height you’ve chosen fits your needs, and that the mattress and foundation will fit through the doors and passageways our delivery team will need to navigate in your home.

Also, we will not be responsible for any additional delivery charges incurred because no one over the age of 18 is home during the scheduled delivery time and date to receive the mattress. 

 

Other Products:

The trial period only applies to mattress sets and not to any other products. 

All mattress protectors, pillows and bed bug cover purchases are non-refundable once package is opened except in the event of a product defect noticed within 7 calendar days of delivery.

 

If for any reason your product is defective or damaged and a manufacturer warranty exchange or refund is necessary, you must notify us in writing and you must return the the defective product to the location we specifiy in our instructions to you or you will charged for it.  No refund will be issued until the merchandise has been returned to and received.
